Samsung LCD TV LA40B650T1M Firmware upgrade
I had an avi file that was not supported by Samsung LCD TV series 6 builtin media player. Dont get me wrong as the media player can play mkv, avi, mp3 etc. Maybe its the new encoding that was used in ripping files. Good thing after months of waiting, Samsung released Firmware patch last Nov that fixed my avi issues. You can say im pretty much satisfied to the functionality that Samsung integrates to their new product line of LCD and LED TVs. You don't have to buy external media player to enjoy your downloaded media files.
