Smartbro Strikes Again!!!!

My Smartbro antenna fell from our roof because of unreliable pole wires. I've reported the problem last May 14, 2007, and after 5 days of waiting, i called their customer service and reported the problem again!!??.

Penoi: ni-report ko na yung problem last May 14 pa.. pero after 5 days.. hindi pa din nagagawa ang antenna
CS: Sir, gawa ko na lang kayo ng Ticket number, but before that, can you give me the status of your LAN connection... may ekis ba or may exclamation point??
Penoi: teka, alam mo ba kung ano ang problem ko?? physically natumba antenna sa bubong namin...
CS:Yes sir, pero kailangan kong malaman ang status ng LAN connection nyo
Penoi: hindi ko makuha ang point mo....

Ok, after 6 days of waiting, Smartbro Wireless Internet sent their technicians to fix my problem...Ah!!! the pain of waiting!!!

I am from the US and have a fiancee in the Philippines. We chat alot and use Smart Bro. We are constantly d/c, and have times of delays in chat. Other times we just can't get the signal she needs there to go online. They say they are in updating, but this is FAR from the first time she has had problems. Yes, even once her antenna fell from her roof..I am going to contact them myself and tell them they are NOT providing the service they say in the contract, therefore it is voided. She is afraid to say anything due to this 1 year contract. Good luck with Smart bro....
