Smartbro = Smartbroken!!!
Ok, im really pissed off to my slow internet connection. The customer service always gives me the alibi that there are still problems with their Base Station. To those who are planning to subscribe to Smartbro wireless broadband, you better think twice!!!! Anyway, everyday giving them a call to report my slow connection.. If Smart will not resolve this issue ASAP, i will give them my grounds to terminate my 1 year subscription contract to Smartbro. Well, its better to have no internet connection than to have a connection that you can not use at all..
